"I find our nurse to be incredibly capable and a very hard worker. She is also a problem solver, an innovative thinker as well as being quite respectful with my 80-year-old father at his care center. I like our nurse to come to the quarterly care conferences at the care center because my 3 siblings live in different cities and they can receive a copy of her report on all we discussed at the conference. This saves me so much time and effort. She also can identify problem areas and discuss possible solutions during our meetings. That way she is also very helpful for the nursing staff! Any way you look at it, my dad gets better care because of Matrix."

High Quality Trusted Home Health Care
We are a Comprehensive licensed home care agency providing a continuum of care options from as little as 4 hours once a month up to 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We use a unique team based approach that minimizes the number of caregivers in the home and enhances the client and caregiver experience. All home caregivers are Matrix employees who are carefully screened and fully trained above and beyond what is required by the state. All Matrix home care clients work with one of our RN Care Managers that develops a Plan of Care in conjunction with the client and family, and supervises the home caregivers closely to ensure that homecare services are of the highest quality and provided skillfully, respectfully, and safely.
