Our More Interesting Version of ‘Meet The Staff.’
Every month you will meet one of the office staff here at Matrix Home Health Care Specialists and Grace Homes. This month I introduce to you Keeley Nanry, one of our LPN’s here at Matrix. Keeley has only been with Matrix for a short time so can all benefit from this getting to know you better Q&A. I would be delighted to get stuck in the elevator with Keeley. One thing I know is she is extremely easy to talk to and we have to actually make ourselves stop talking and go on about our business. She and I could get lost in a rabbit hole for quite some time if we don’t watch ourselves. We have really good conversation in the short amounts of time that we have been around each other and I am certain we could solve most of the world’s problems if we ever were to spend more time together.
One funny fact I do know about Keeley is she is not tech savvy by any stretch of the word. When I sent everyone the questions on this form I also told them to include a picture of themselves for me to use. I am not kidding when I say Keeley actually asked me how to get the picture to me. I so wanted to say oh you can get them developed at the 1-hour photo and I’ll just drive by and pick it up. Instead, I showed her how to send a picture via email or text message on her iPhone. the iPhone, by the way, was new to her and I can’t begin to describe how weird it was to see an iPhone with no apps on it but the ones it came with.
Keeley Graduated from Northern Michigan University where she majored in business to open a photo studio, then switched to nursing after being accepted to the program a month before graduating. She has worked as a Photographer taking Senior portraits for a studio in Metro Detroit area. She tells me she likes to travel, go swimming in freshwater lakes, and build legos like a child. From talking to Keeley I can tell that she is very much in love with her family. Her older brother is her best friend (he is also a nurse). In her words her parents are awesome and she also is close to her big extended family.
And now let us get to the good stuff. What kinds of things might we learn for Keeley if we were stuck in an elevator with her? Keep reading and find out.
