On March 25, 2014, Matrix Home Health Care Specialists launched its first Residential Care Home, located at 13708 Portland Avenue South in Burnsville, Minnesota. It will provide seniors with a unique continuum of care solution and multiple levels of long term care.
For many elders, particularly those with dementia, a large, institutionalized setting is uncomfortable and threatening. 
This home offers a residential care setting that provides a more familiar, home-like environment, smaller staff numbers and the opportunity for close supervision and person-centered care.
